Therapy with me
My Approach
I want to get to know you - the unfiltered version. That includes the parts you’ve learnt not to love.
My therapy room is a space where you can show up as yourself and begin to let go of self-judgement. I'm not here to tell you how to live your life. My aim is to help you feel safe enough to be honest with yourself - and more empowered to choose your own path.
You won’t have to navigate this alone. I’ll meet you as a whole person - not a blank slate. As part of my integrative approach, I may offer perspectives, tools, or elements of my own experience when I believe they can support the work we’re doing together.
Issues I work with
Anxiety, depression, stress, feelings of failure, confidence, life stage transitions, relationship challenges, parenting, and questions around sexuality and identity.
