Where the outer lines end, you begin.

1-1 Therapy for Adults & Wellness Training for Groups.

My approach

An ‘Integrative counsellor’ means that I tailor my use of therapeutic approaches depending on your needs, preferences, and learning style. My core approaches are Humanistic and Psychodynamic, with a developing interest in Body-Oriented Psychotherapy. I offer one-to-one therapy for adults - in person (Bristol) and online (UK-wide).

I work with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, life stage transitions, relationship challenges, parenting, and questions around sexuality and identity.

I recognise that the impact of any of these issues can vary. My work is rooted in compassion, connection and curiosity.

Your outer line is the result of your story so far. It does not dictate your potential or what happens next. Therapy is a space to explore who you are - outside of expectations and beyond the labels.

Sometimes we’ll see things differently.

I hope so.
