Whether you're seeking one-to-one support, group therapy, or a mental health masterclass, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of organisations, from corporate teams and local charities to schools and start-ups. I currently work with partners including London Borough of Camden, London Academy of Music Drama & Art, Seed Sessions and Modern Health. This is a combination of providing therapy sessions to employees, students and participants - and leading online webinars and workshops on a variety of mental health topics, for some of the world’s most recognisable companies.

Individual Therapy

Pricing depends on individual needs, so please get in touch to discuss what works best for you. As a guide, my base rate for therapy sessions (without reports) is £65 per session.
