My approach
Integrative counselling means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, depending on your needs, preferences, and learning style. I offer one-to-one therapy for adults - in person (Bristol) and online (UK-wide).
My work is rooted in compassion, connection, and curiosity.
I want to get to know you - the unfiltered version. That includes the parts you’ve been taught not to love. Especially those parts.
My therapy room is a space where you can show up as yourself and begin to let go of self-judgement. I'm not here to tell you how to live your life. My aim is to help you feel safe enough to be honest with yourself - and more empowered to choose your own path.
Unsolicited advice rarely leads to lasting growth.
That said, I’m not a blank slate either.

That’s a scary word for a lot of us. Childhood experiences and world events have taught us that conflict is destructive, dangerous and fuels division. It’s no surprise that so many people describe themselves as conflict avoidant.
But what if I told you that Being able to share and explore differing perspectives, even when they don’t align, can actually deepen trust and strengthen relationships?
Healthy conflict invites deeper understanding of each other's perspectives. It allows us to bring our different takes into the room - to speak honestly, to listen openly.
I do not believe that one person has all of the answers and the other has none. When we feel empowered to speak our truth and trust our felt sense - or intuition - we open the door to growth through curiosity, compassion and connection.
